I built Rose + Ember from the ashes of what not to do. I built it from where I failed. From; “there’s got to be something better out there for us.”

Who is “us”? ...anyone who’s ever had an amazing idea and decided to turn it into a business. The entrepreneur. The small business owner.

I’ve worked with the whole lineup;
Passion Projects on the Edge, Big Energy/No Engine Brands, The Make-It-Work Misfits, the Gutsy Dreamers/Overwhelmed Doers, the The Hustle-Heavy/Strategy-Lite Collective, the the Truly Brilliant/but ‘What Now?’ Bosses. Even the Biz-nosaurs, stomping around with a fax machine, rolodex, and a “Why fix what ain’t broke?” attitude.

I loved every chaotic, passionate minute of it. Their fire sparked something in me, too. But it also showed me the cracks—brilliant brands burning out because they didn’t have the tools, the roadmap, or the backup. We needed something better.
